session DESCRIPTION
This session will include three discussants using case-based presentations to examine the ways in which radiation oncologists can anticipate and reduce toxicity when treating breast cancer patients. The first discussant will examine hypofractionation and volume reduction to reduce toxicity. The second discussant will assess radiation planning objectives and techniques to limit the risks of radiation treatment. The third discussant will review methods of managing adverse effects of breast radiation.
